If he is found guilty,he could face up to 18 months in prison. He is accused of negligently pointing his gun at Hutchins while preparing to film a scene, and then pulling the trigger. In addition to starring in the film, Alec was a producer, so he’s also been accused of contributing to lax safety standards on the set.

After Hilaria corrects Alec’s posture, they joke about the fact that this isn’t yet another Baldwin baby announcement from the fertile couple. Then they both turned to the camera and launched into their announcement. “This is about our show,” said Hilaria. “We are inviting you into our home,” said Alec.
