Next Everdark Sovereign in Elden Ring Nightreign: Rewards & schedule
Everdark Sovereigns areElden Ring Nightreign‘s toughestbosses, but you’ll only have a limited time each week to beat them — so it’s worth knowing who’s coming up next and which rewards are on offer.
Just like Nightreign’s standard Expeditions, taking on an Everdark Sovereign requires you to gear up and survive for two days in Limveld before reaching the third, final day to take on that Expedition’s boss.
Rather than be completely new, standalone bosses, Everdark Sovereigns are amped up versions of the existing eight Night Lords with more health and additional mechanics that make them tougher.
Bragging rights aren’t the only reward for beating these endgame monsters, either. Numerous items, including Relics and character skins, are up for grabs in a dedicated shop.
Featured Everdark Sovereign boss this week
The featured Everdark Sovereigns in Elden Ring Nightreign this week areLibra, Creature of NightandGnoster, Sentient Pest. These will remain the featured Expeditionsuntil rotation on August 21, at which point Gladius, Beast of Night, will be the featured Everdark Sovereign.
Everdark Sovereign rotation schedule
As of August 21, 2025, Nightreign’s Everdark Sovereign rotation consists of seven bosses.
Following a period of cycling through the initial three Everdark Sovereigns, FromSoftwareconfirmed on June 16, 2025, that a fourth, Maris, Fathom of Night, would join the rotation on July 30. Caligo, Miasma of Night and Libra, Creature of Night, followed on August 7 and 14, respectively.
On July 06, 2025, FromSoftware confirmed that Gladius, Beast of Night, would join the rotation, leaving just one boss, Heolstor, the Nightlord, as the only boss currently without an Everdark variant.
