MrBeast leans into his ruthless game show host persona with Love, Death + Robots role
YouTube star MrBeast has scored a voiceover role in Netflix’s forthcoming fourth season of sci-fi short story anthology Love, Death + Robots — and his character is exactly what you’d expect.
As part of his ever-growing empire, Donaldson has now scored a prominent voiceover role inNetflix’sbeloved animated short story series, Love, Death + Robots, set to release on July 18, 2025.

This season will feature 10 episodes, each focusing on new characters, settings and events… and one of these scenarios leans directly into MrBeast’s specialty as a host of over-the-top competitions.
TheYouTuberrose to fame for his generous cash giveaways and arguably insane challenges, such as seeing how long his friends could stay inside an ever-shrinking circle without leaving. (The winner, of course, usually receivesthousands, if not millions, of dollars.)

He’s translated that talent into becoming a full-on game-show host, scoring his own series on Amazon Prime, ‘Beast Games,’ which took his YouTube content to another level,breaking over 40 Guinness World Records.

His hosting chops have become so prominent that he’s even taking them to the silver screen, playing the host of a deadly game show where contestants’ lives are on the line inLove, Death + Robots Season 4.
The episode, titled ‘The Screaming of the Tyrannosaur,’ is based on a short story by renowned fiction authorStant Litore. It follows a group of gladiators duking it out to the death — all while riding atop “deadly, engineered dinosaurs” for aristocrats’ viewing pleasure.

MrBeast’s role almost humorously leans into his status as a host of some of the net’s wildest and brutal competitions… but this isn’t his first time entering the booth to lend his voice to an animated character.
