Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Barber patch has one fatal problem

Kingdom Come: Deliverance2 1.2 patch added Barber Mode to the game, allowing players to give Henry a much-needed trim. Despite the update adding eight new incredibly stylish hairstyles, one major problem is proving fatal (literally) for many players.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s huge1.2 updatewent live on July 07, 2025, and added over 1000 bug fixes and improvements. However, the best addition to this update is theBarber Mode, which gives players the chance to make their Henry look as stylish as possible.

While having the best weapons will give you the edge over your foes, it’s also important to all have a killer look to boot. After all, what’s the point of cutting down your enemies if you don’t look incredibly cool while doing so?

However, there is just one major problem KCD 2’s Barber Mode, and it can lead to a rather quick death if you’re not careful.

KCD2 Barber Mode can prove lethal

While heading over to KCD2’sbarber shop locationsand getting a fresh trim won’t lead to a grisly death (don’t worry, the barbers aren’t Sweeney Todd), there is one action that can lead to you losing your head – you need to remove your helmet if you want to see Henry’s luscious locks.

As you can imagine, this leads to some rather dangerous scenarios. By dangerous scenarios, I mean death – lots of deaths. A quick glance at KCD2’sReddit pagewill tell you just how big an issue this truly is.

However, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s eight new hairstyles look so good, that you’ll want to show off Henry’s hairdo regardless of the danger it poses. Look, the Minstrel hairstyle has my Henry looking like Game of Thrones Jaimie Lannister, just without the weird sister complex vibes.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 1.2 patch notes

Is showing off your fresh fade worth losing your head over? Any medieval knight worth his weight in plundered gold would say otherwise, but can they truly call themselves a knight? What’s the point of getting a haircut if it’s buried beneath all that metal anyway? My Henry looks cool, even in his final moments, and that’s truly all that matters.
