IShowSpeed has been coached by a four-time Olympic medallist as he is still serious about his goal of running the 100m sprint in the Olympics.

Since becoming one of the top streaming stars in the world,IShowSpeedhas completed a whole bunch of side quests. He has met his hero Cristiano Ronaldo, interacted with a wide-range of athletes, played in charity football matches, and raced in the Gumball 3000.

However, the next big target he has relates to running the 100m. With Speed in his name, the YouTuber regularly shows off his quickness during IRL broadcasts, racing different athletes and fans who challenge him.

He was fairly beaten by 100m Olympic champion Noah Lyles, but promised that he would, at the very least, try out for the United States’ 2028 Olympics track team.

Speed is ultra confident in his ability to be a part of the team, seeking advice from others after he races them.

He also tapped four-time Olympic medallist and former world champion Ato Boldon for some coaching as well. The pair were pictured together in multiple Instagram stories, with Boldon being thanked for the work with Speed.

As noted, Speed is confident in his quickness andwas convinced he’d beat Lyles. That, obviously, didn’t happen but it wasn’t a bad showing.

To get onto the Olympics team, he would have to take part in official trials. That includes posting times in sanctioned events – both indoor and outdoor – and being a USA Track and Field member in the year of the Olympics.
