Dr Disrespect claims COD Warzone streamers will be “jobless” if Verdansk fails

Dr Disrespect believes a fair number of Call of Duty streamers could be “jobless” if Verdansk’s return to Warzone is a failure.

Ever since Verdansk was removed from Warzone in Call of Duty: Vanguard, COD fans have been asking for its return. Plenty of them see the map as being the key reason why the battle royale was so successful at first, while others believe it’s just a nostalgia hit.

Prior to Black Ops 6’s launch, it was confirmed that the original battle royale map would be returning at some point. We know now thatit’ll come at the start of Season 3 on April 3.

Naturally, plenty of fans and content creators are excited. Not only will Verdansk return, but anumber of weapons from Modern Warfare (2019) will also come back, as willthe Domino operator.

Dr Disrespect fears for COD streamers

There are reports though that Verdansk’s comeback is Warzone’s final shot at survival, and if it fails, COD may move on from the battle royale.

Dr Disrespect has also chimed in on that, claiming that some streamers will find themselves out of work if it doesn’t provide the nostalgia hit that many are hoping for.

“I have a brand new game, that is trending, with very good updates, constant updates already and it is being done well. This is really good (Marvel Rivals) and this is bad (Warzone),” Tim said.

Those who have stuck with COD can easily transition over to multiplayer instead of the battle royale, but maybe they’ll eye up something like PUBG instead.
