Disney Lorcana’s Co-Designer Steve Warner told Screen Rant what players can expect regarding banned cards in the future of the Lorcana TCG.
The one Legendary revealed so far is Donald Duck - Pie Slinger, which is great as a powerful early-game option thanks to both a Shift ability and a reward for using it, which docks 2 lore from opponents upon a Shift. If he can last until the mid-game, Donald gets a massive +6 boost to Strength while an opponent has 10 or more lore, raising his attack power to 9. This isn’t Donald’s first Legendary, but it certainly seems like a memorable one.
Disney Lorcanaalways continues to reveal cards in the time leading up to set releases, so more should keep trickling in ahead of the August launch ofShimmering Skies, including the rest of the Legendaries and the elusiveDisney LorcanaEnchanted cards. For now,Ursula’s Returnand all the prior sets offer plenty for fans of the TCG to stay occupied with.
